Cheesy Turkey Roulade
Essential Ingredient:
Turkey Steaks
570g (approx) Turkey Breast Steaks

100g Parma Ham

35g fresh Rocket (or baby spinach)

200g Austrian / Bavarian smoked cheese

To serve:
Serve with seasonal veg.

This turkey dish is really simple to make
but looks very impressive!
  1. Lay the turkey steaks between 2 sheets of baking paper and bash with a rolling pin to make them thinner
  2. Lay out the Parma ham onto a sheet of baking paper
  3. Lay the flattened turkey steaks onto the ham
  4. Cover with the Rocket
  5. Slice the cheese thinly and lay over the rocket
  6. Using the baking paper to help, roll everything up into a 'swiss roll'
  7. Transfer to a baking tin lined with foil
  8. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 180 degree (C) oven for 80 minutes, removing the foil for the final 20 mins of cooking time
  9. Check that the turkey is cooked all the way through
  10. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing
