Turkey Kebabs
Essential Ingredient:
Diced Turkey
For the Turkey Kebabs:

Makes 8 skewers

340g diced turkey breast

3 red peppers

200g chestnut mushrooms

For the marinade:

3 tbsps soy sauce

1 tbsp runny honey

1 tsp grated ginger (or from a jar)

1 spring onion, finely chopped

A good pinch of chilli flakes

To serve:
Serve with spicey rice.
Recipe from Fish Fingers for Tea.
Great for a BBQ and works cold in a picnic hamper too.
  1. Combine all of the marinade ingredients in a bowl, add the diced turkey breast and mix well.
  2. Leave in the fridge for at least one hour, longer of possible.
  3. Cut the peppers into strips and the mushrooms to a similar size.
  4. Thread the kebab skewers with the turkey, mushrooms and peppers.
  5. Grill under a medium high grill for approx 15 minutes, turning halfway through, until the turkey has cooked all the way through and the edges of the peppers are charred.
  6. Alternatively cook on a BBQ.
