Turkey Soup
Essential Ingredient:
Turkey Breast Fillets
For the stock:

1 Onion

1 Carrot

1 Stick of celery

Bouquet Garni

Bay leaf

For the soup:

Leftover turkey pieces

One serving of noodes - cooked

Half a red chilli - chopped


1 onion - finely chopped

1 Carrot - finely chopped

To serve:
Serve with parsley.
Recipe from Mummy..Mummy..Me!!
A great recipe all the family can enjoy, that uses leftover turkey so it's economical too.
  1. Pull the leftover meat from the turkey, and put to one side
  2. Add a knob of butter to a large pan and brown a small onion, chopped carrot and celery
  3. Add the remains of the turkey, bouquet garni, bay leaf and cover with water
  4. Leave to simmer for 2 hours
  5. Sieve the mixture and keep the stock to one side
  6. Brown another onion and carrot in a large pan and add half a chopped chilli
  7. Add the stock, noodles and leftover turkey pieces. Simmer for about 20 minutes
